RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PSYCHOLOGICAL STRESS AND RECURRENT MISCARRIAGE

Stress incite may agreement the feedback proclamation of the hypothalamic-Pituitary –Adrenal Axis. Releasing stress related biomarkers and there by affecting establishment of pregnancy .This research scrutinize the alliance between stress and perennial miscarriage (PM) and the jolt of stress on inception of parturiency .The stress on establishment of parturiency ,The stress status of 50 patients with incomprehensible RM and 60 probe fertile women was probed with the fertility problem catalogue, comprehend stress scute . Positive and negative affect schedule ,peripheral Natural killer(NK) Cells and cortisol patients with unperceived R M had significantly higher scores on the positive affect scale (p<0.65,adjusted or 0.89 than fertile controls.
Patients who had live birth (n=20) during the study period had significantly lower scores in the positive affect scale ( P<0.05,adjusted or 0.17) than those who miscarried (n=10)there was a little association between psychological stress measurements and biochemical stress measurements .These results suggest that stress is a risk factors of RM. Within women with PM, moderate stress appears to be associated with improved pregnancy outcome.
